What kind of data is processed?

On our Website, we collect personal data in the following way:

Information, in particular personal data, obtained during correspondence, will be used to respond to an inquiry, an application, a cooperation offer, an order or a complaint.

The data we process in connection with the provision of services are: name(s), surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address of residence.

During your activity on the Website, the following data are collected: visited pages, time of visit, clicks, browsing history, information about the end device and browser, including its location: e.g. IP address, browser type.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

How do we protect your personal data?

We make every effort to provide our services in a way that protects information from accidental or intentional destruction or loss:

• communication between our server and your computer, during the processing of personal data is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol,
• our databases are protected against access by unauthorized parties,
• our website is placed on the servers of a trusted hosting company, where the processing of personal data takes place only in hosting centres in Poland.

How long are the data processed?

Your data will be stored/processed until there is a basis for their processing, i.e.:

• in the case of granting consent until it is withdrawn or limited,
• if the data relate to the contract concluded, then for the duration of its performance and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from this contract (as a rule: 3 years or 10 years + 1 year — in relation to personal data processed for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending claims, the length of the period depends on whether both parties are entrepreneurs, or not),
• for tax and accounting reporting purposes to the extent and for a period of time consistent with applicable regulations,
• if the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator, until an effective objection is raised.

What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data?

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, each person has the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data:

• the right to delete data,

Who do we share data with?

Your data may also be made available to entities authorized to obtain them on the basis of applicable law, e.g. law enforcement authorities, as well as institutions dealing with debt collection to the extent permitted by law.

Will my data be transferred outside the European Economic Area?

The data will not be transferred to a third country outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

• To the extent not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions regarding the protection of personal data are in force.
